"I've been using elete™ hydration drops in the run up to the London Marathon and honestly... it's no nonsense stuff.
No sugar, no overdone flavour, just a few drops in water and I’m good.
Noticed fewer cramps on long runs (Barcelona Marathon included) and I’m not finishing totally wrecked like I used to (you still need to fuel right, obviously).
